Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIcart, a product of Cloneverse (“Cloneverse”, “we”, “us”). By using AIcart, you agree to these Terms. If you are using AIcart on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
The service
AIcart helps online merchants understand and improve how their stores appear to AI assistants and search engines. Features may include catalogue sync, site and product audits, content suggestions, structured data publishing, and measurement of AI assistant mentions and recommendations.
We may update, add, or remove features. Material changes that affect paid plans will be communicated in the product where practical.
Accounts and stores
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding access to your account, and for activity under your store’s workspace — including actions taken by people you invite.
You must only connect stores and platforms you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with Shopify, Magento, Google, and other platform terms that apply to your use of those services through AIcart.
Approvals and automation
Content and site changes published through AIcart require human approval unless you explicitly enable an automatic action. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before they go live on your store.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or probe it without authorization
- Use AIcart to violate law, platform policies, or third-party rights
- Resell or provide the service to others except as we expressly allow
- Submit unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content through the product
Fees
Some features may require a paid plan. Fees, usage limits, and billing terms will be shown in the product at purchase or upgrade. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
Cloneverse and AIcart branding, software, and documentation remain our property. Your product and store content remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service you requested.
Disclaimers
AIcart provides tools and measurements to help you improve visibility with AI assistants. We do not guarantee rankings, mentions, recommendations, traffic, or sales. AI provider outputs can change without notice.
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloneverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid to us for AIcart in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using AIcart and disconnect your store at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. On disconnect or uninstall, credentials are removed promptly and other data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material updates will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
