Agreement
These Terms apply to your use of AIcart, a product of Cloneverse. By using AIcart, you accept these Terms. If you use AIcart for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them on that business’s behalf.
The service
AIcart helps online merchants improve how their stores appear to AI assistants, search engines and advertising channels. Features may include catalogue sync, site audits, product content in several languages, structured data publishing, product feeds, advertising campaign tools, and tracking of how often AI assistants mention or recommend your store.
We may add, change or remove features over time. Where a change materially affects a paid plan, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Accounts and stores
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure, and for everything that happens in your store workspace, including actions by people you invite. You may connect only stores and accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. When you connect a platform such as Shopify, Magento, Google, Meta, TikTok or Snapchat, you must also follow that platform’s own terms and policies.
Approvals and automation
Content and site changes published through AIcart need your approval, unless you turn on an automatic action yourself. You can turn automatic actions off at any time.
Advertising campaigns
AIcart can help you plan, build and manage campaigns on advertising platforms you connect. Every campaign is created paused. Only you can launch a campaign, and only you decide its budget.
AIcart may adjust a live campaign within the limits you set, for example by updating products or moving budget between parts of the same campaign. If AIcart thinks a campaign should be paused or stopped, it will ask you first, unless you have given it permission to pause campaigns on its own.
Your ad spend is charged to you directly by the advertising platform, under your own account with that platform. It is not part of your AIcart fees, and Cloneverse is not responsible for it. You are responsible for your ads and products complying with each platform’s advertising policies and with the law in the places your ads run.
AI-generated content
AIcart uses AI to draft product descriptions, translations, campaign text and suggestions, based on the information you already have. AI can make mistakes. Please review content before you approve it. Once you approve and publish content, it is your content.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service or try to probe, break or get around its security or limits. You may not use AIcart for anything unlawful, resell it without our permission, or use it to publish content that is unlawful, infringing or misleading.
Fees
Some features require a paid plan. Prices and billing terms are shown in the product before you buy. Fees are non-refundable unless the law requires a refund.
Intellectual property
Cloneverse owns AIcart, including its name, branding, software and documentation. You keep ownership of your content and data. You give us a limited permission to process them only to provide the service you asked for.
Disclaimers
We do not guarantee any particular ranking, mention, recommendation, traffic, ad performance or sales. AI assistants, search engines and advertising platforms change how they work without notice, and their results are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, AIcart is provided “as is”.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cloneverse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for AIcart in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using AIcart and disconnect your store at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we stop offering the service. When you disconnect, we remove your access credentials promptly. Other data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will post it here with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using AIcart after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
